Claims & reimbursements

Claims can be filed digitally via our secure platform. You simply upload invoices, and our dedicated team takes care of the rest. For urgent cases, direct billing with hospitals avoids any out-of-pocket advance. 

We reimburse in the currency of your choice, euros, dollars, pounds, or Swiss francs, to match your banking preferences.

Most claims are reimbursed within five to seven business days.

For larger amounts, such as surgery or specialist treatments, pre-approval accelerates the process.
